⚠️ Important Billing Alert – June 27th Website Glitch
We want to inform our customers of a technical issue that occurred on June 27th. Due to a technical issue, some customers with a saved card on file on our website were incorrectly charged for their upcoming bill—scheduled for July 15th—earlier than expected.
We are actively working with our website provider to fix this issue as quickly as possible. If you were affected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolve this issue.
