Water meters are read monthly beginning around the 25th of each month using Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology. This wireless metering system enables accurate, efficient collection of meter readings without requiring manual access to each meter.
The AMI system also helps identify potential leaks, unusual water usage, and equipment issues more quickly, allowing our staff to better assist customers with usage questions and service concerns.
