Meters are read around the 27th of the month by Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). This system is an accurate, cost effective wireless system that uses signals sent from a small radio device attached to your meter box.
This system allows for early notification of leaks and equipment problems. It also enables our customer service representatives to better serve our customers regarding water usage questions.
