Online & Phone Payments

Customers may securely pay their bill online or by phone using a Visa or MasterCard. To make a payment online, click the payment button on our website or call our secure payment line at 843-335-6464 extension 1.

Payment By Mail

Payments made by check or money order should be mailed with your payment coupon to ensure proper processing. To avoid late fees, please allow adequate mailing time prior to the due date listed on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)

Automatic Bank Draft is a convenient, worry-free payment option that automatically deducts your monthly bill payment from your checking or savings account.

There is no fee to enroll in ACH draft service. Customers may complete the ACH Recurring Debit Form available in the Forms & Reports section and submit it to our office along with a voided check.

In-Person Payments & Drop Boxes

Customers may make payments in person at our office located at 378 West Pine Avenue, McBee. We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit/debit card payments.

For your convenience, payment drop boxes are also available:

• At our office in McBee

• At the Rescue Squad building in Patrick

Please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first business day following a holiday are typically our busiest days.

Many banks and financial institutions offer online bill pay services through their websites. Customers using these services should allow sufficient processing time, as payments may take several business days to post to your account.
